Kipper is a good boy who does well with other dogs and is sweet with people. He is happy to receive pets and other attention and is really cute in requesting more. He has lived with children and done well with them, and he loves stuffed toys. He is a quiet dog unless stuck someplace or locked in a crate. He is actually comfortable in a crate but wants the door open. When excited for something you'll hear an adorable grunt. He rides quietly and well in the car.

Kipper often needs to be lead properly as he has limited vision and his back legs give out from time to time. He also has a thyroid imbalance that POMDR will address and treat. He is slow on walks and currently unable to do stairs.

Little Kipper was surrendered to Animal Care at the Peninsula Humane Society because his previous person was moving and no longer able to care for a dog.
