Arturo, fondly referred to as Churro by his smitten foster family, is the sweetest little guy around. Don't let that "big dog in a small dog body" look fool you, this boy is all love and warm wiggles when it comes to meeting new people, even kids! He loves toys, chewy sticks, and playing with other dogs as much as he loves making new human friends.

When he's in play mode, Churro races through the house and enjoys roughhousing with the other pup in his foster home who is similar in size, temperament, and age, but he is respectful of other dogs who don't want to play. Churro settles down very nicely when it's time to relax and he sleeps through the night. He would make the perfect polite companion when visiting coffee shops or for wine tasting

This social butterfly is searching for a home where he will not be a solo pup as he loves to play and still displays quite a bit of puppy like enthusiasm. Arturo is super smart and has mastered the dog door. He does not have experience with cats.

Arturo came to us from Hitchcock Road Animal Services after he was found as a stray.
