With her expressive eyes and lovable personality, this charming girl is waiting for you to say "Lucy, you're home!" Lucy weighs in at 90 pounds, but despite her large size, she is the ultimate gentle giant! Lucy loves affection and will smother you with kisses. She gets along fine with other two-legged and four-legged beings she meets on walks, and she has previously lived with children and cats. Although she is kind to everyone, Lucy is especially fond of children. When she hears them, she loves to go say hi!

As you might expect from a middle-aged dog, Lucy has medium energy levels. She is always up for going on a walk, and she walks so well on a leash that you'd never guess she has trouble seeing! Lucy has lost much of her eyesight, but she does remarkably well navigating her surroundings once she learns the layout. She is also outgoing and friendly, and she isn't afraid to go new places. Although she's not overly enthusiastic about most toys, Lucy is partial to a Kong filled with peanut butter! Lucy is described by her foster family as "polite and quiet". Lucy would do best in a home with another larger dog or as the solo pup.
