Sweet Charlotte is looking for a loving forever home that's just as mellow as she is. This mature little lady likes to take things slow. Being with Charlotte reminds you to stop and smell the roses. She likes life in the slow lane and would be thrilled to spend her day watching the world go by, with many snuggles in between.
Charlotte prefers to fly solo when it comes to other friends. While she might match up with the right pooch, no kitties please. And while she's done great with older children, we have not seen her with young kids yet. We would want to make sure small kids were respectful and interactions were monitored before making a match. This senior gal also has some arthritis, so she needs some assistance getting in/out of cars. With the help of her arthritis medication, she can comfortably walk several miles twice a day and enjoys these outings! She is also looking for a single-story home, as she can only handle a few stairs at a time.
Charlotte initially came to POMDR after her senior guardian had to move into assisted living. She was adopted and was a devoted companion to her person for many months, but sadly, her adopter unexpectedly passed away. This left Charlotte searching once again for her forever home. Could that be with you?
