Coop is a mellow fellow who loves to cuddle, snuggle, and follow his person around the house. His quirky personality has endeared him to his foster mom! Coop is friendly to adults (not known how he responds to children) and greets other dogs politely. His energy level is medium to low, and he is happy with short walks and low couches.
Coop behaves well on leash. His ideal home would be a quiet loving place where someone is home most of the time. Coop has had some skin issues that we are treating, but his hair is growing back nicely. He also needs a daily eye lubricant. If you are looking for a darling boy who will not require much exercise but will give lots of love, Coop is your guy!
Coop was found by a good Samaritan, along with his brother Oliver, and brought to Monterey County Animal Services, and subsequently to POMDR. His guardian was located but has decided to surrender them both because of an inability to care for them any longer.
