Looks like: Cairn Terrier-Westie Mix
Male, 9 years old, 31 pounds
Foster needed
Cooper was found by a good Samaritan, along with his brother Oliver, and brought to Monterey County Animal Services, and subsequently to POMDR. His guardian was located, but has decided to surrender them both because of overwhelming family circumstances.

Cooper is a mellow fellow who loves to cuddle, snuggle, and follow his person around the house. His quirky personality has endeared him to his foster mom! Cooper is friendly to adults (not known how he responds to children) and greets other dogs politely. His energy level is medium to low, and is happy with short walks and low couches.

Cooper behaves well on leash. His ideal home would be a quiet loving place with someone home most of the time. Cooper has had some skin issues that we are treating, but his hair is growing back nicely. He also needs a daily eye lubricant. If you are looking for a darling boy who will not require much exercise but will give lots of love, Cooper is your guy!
If you would like to meet Coop, press the Adopt Coop button and fill out our online adoption questionnaire.
