BB is very sweet and an easy keeper. This girl is a tiny bit timid but totally precious. Offer some treats and pets, and you'll win a best friend. She is very gentle, alert and intelligent. She wags a lot and is a quiet, calm companion.
BB is great with kids, loves other dogs, and cuddled with the cat she lived with. She is a take-anywhere dog, riding well in the car and LOVES to go for a walk (knowing the word well). She does a little 'rocking horse' dance when the leash comes out. On the walk, she stays by your side and doesn't pull on the leash. She has gone to the beach often and throughly enjoyed it, greeting people happily and sticking close to her person.
She is crate trained, well behaved at the vet and the groomer, and is obviously just great everywhere, even being left alone. She is afraid of brooms and fly swatters and asks her future people to keep them away from her.
We did find out that BB has bladder cancer. She is on fairly inexpensive medication that should reduce the size of the tumor and prolong her life. If all goes well she should live several years if not more.
BB is needing a new home after her previous guardian became unable to care for her.
