Jeremiah has blossomed since going into a foster home. We quickly saw his wonderful personality emerge. He is such a good boy and is so easy to like. He really has a sweet personality with his tail always wagging. He is friends with everyone, canine or human. He loves attention from people and will give appreciative kisses.
Jeremiah loves to snuggle and sleep by your side. He is also good in a crate. He is easy to hold and cherishes your pets and love. He comes running when you bring out his walking harness or offer up some dog treats. He is great with other dogs and learns routines quickly from watching them. Jeremiah is a gem and so easy to walk even a toddler was able to walk him. He is a great family dog, one for a senior, or really any situation.
He was going downhill fast at the shelter. Jeremiah hadn't gone to the bathroom in days and was very emaciated. He wouldn't get up at all and was very, very weak. The shelter staff was keeping a very close eye on him and once he started barking in pain, they reached out to Peace of Mind. Their shelter liaison personally drove him to us and we gave him fluids right away. He bounced back quickly and started eating, drinking and going potty again. We are so thrilled to be helping Jeremiah in finding a forever home! He is now at his ideal weight. He looks great and is very comfortable running around and being with people and dogs.
Jeremiah came to us from the Hitchcock Road Animal Shelter.
