Mr. Fox is a dapper gent with an energetic lust for life. He can' get enough of his toys, and especially loves to chase a squeaky ball. When he's ready to go for a walk, Mr. Fox will take his leash out and bring it to you to let you know it's time. He loves to decompress with a bubble bath, and is proud to show off his glossy coat when he's clean! After a busy day, Mr. Fox enjoys lounging on the couch and cuddling with his person.
While Mr. Fox loves his walks, he easily becomes overstimulated by the big wide world, and he has a lot to say about the bikes, skateboards, joggers, and other dogs he sees. When he gets excited or anxious, he can become mouthy, and has been known to redirect his excitement into a nip of his handler. He would thrive walking in a quiet environment where he can sniff to his heart's content without encountering other people or dogs. He is also looking for a person who can help him continue his training so that he can learn to express his excitement in more appropriate ways.
Mr. Fox did share a foster home with another male dog. He has been friendly meeting new dogs and accepts their cues when he's over zealous, but sometimes isn't able to come to a calm understanding with the occasional new dog. He likes to play with his foster sibling, but doesn't require one in his forever home. He likes human friends the best and can be slow to warm up to new people, but once he's your friend, he is the sweetest cuddle buddy. Mr. Fox does bond deeply with his person, and would be happiest in a single-person home where he can devote all his love to his guardian.
