Cisco came to us from Hitchcock Road Animal Services. Unfortunately, he has lost his luscious locks for the time being, since his fur was so matted it was causing him discomfort. He's a bald Pom until it can grow back, but he's much comfier now. He is polite and mostly disinterested when meeting other dogs, and basks in human attention (just look at that big smile!). He really wants to be a part of a pack and to please. He is still learning, but his efforts are endearing.
