Sally Ride adores attention from people, and her preferred spot for receiving pets and attention is sitting on top of your feet! She loves to give kisses, and she takes treats with a soft mouth. She loves to play with dogs of a similar size, but sweet Sally is currently heartworm positive, so her activity level will need to be restricted until she has completed her treatment. For this reason, she would do best in a household where any other dogs are mellow or there are no dogs at all. She has shown an inclination to chase cats, so she will also need a cat-free household.

Once clear of her heartworms, she can get back to normal activity and will be a healthy, wonderful companion.
