Mitternacht, or Midnight for the non-German speakers, joined POMDR from Santa Cruz Animal Shelter. He was found as a stray but the guardian did not come forward despite Mitty having a microchip. He is a little overweight but should shed those pounds quickly pursuing his favorite pastime -- fetch! He has been at the shelter for a little over a month and although initially relaxed, he started to get less comfortable so we were excited to help him into a foster home and to find a forever home.

Mitty is sweet and social. He is very friendly with people and dogs. He really does love to fetch. Offer him cheese and he will drop the ball and sit on command. His future person will adore his company!
