Mochi is a young sweetie who is doing great with her training and socialization. Mochi loves to play with kids, and while she will chase cats if they run away from her, she also tries to engage them in play. (A dog-experienced cat would make a good roommate for her!) She would also love a playful dog companion.

Mochi does bark to greet new arrivals at the house, but she settles in and is very loving as soon as guests greet her! She hasn't had the opportunity to go on walks yet, since she hasn't had all her shots, but she has proven herself to be highly trainable in other areas, so we are hopeful that she will learn to be a good leash walker. Mochi would love to wiggle herself right into your house and your heart!

Mochi was brought in by a small dog rescue in Hollister which a POMDR volunteer runs out of her home. Although at four months old Mochi was definitely not a senior dog, we brought her into our program so that her current foster can continue taking in and helping strays from the Hollister area.
