Daisy Fay is such a gem; she is the class clown of the group. This dog will make you laugh every day! Daisy is whip smart, knows basic obedience and a handful of tricks, and has been learning agility. She really enjoys the stimulation and running about. Daisy loves (and needs) her daily walks, but settles nicely once she has been exercised. She sleeps through the night in her crate. She is a sweet, squishy love dog, the most ridiculously cuddly pup you will ever meet.
Daisy is a bull in a china shop, an overgrown toddler, a goofy, klutzy pup who is truly endearing to see, but this often clashes with mellow dogs. Daisy has no idea how strong she is and will not even notice that she just knocked over a small dog near her. Daisy is too rambunctious for younger children but would love to have older children in her life. An active household that can keep her exercised and continue her obedience or agility training would be ideal.
Daisy is nervous in new situations and needs continuing work on introducing her to the big, scary world, but she can now go to dog friendly restaurants and wineries as long as her people are close by. She has shown no signs of separation anxiety.
The grumpy old female in the pack at her previous home was instigating fights. Unfortunately, the girls were determined to not get along, so Daisy is looking for a forever home without other dogs. Still, her favorite playdates are with canine friends. And even though she has low prey drive, she should go to a home without cats just to be safe.
A DNA test revealed that Daisy is 75% American Staffordshire Terrier and 25% Bulldog.
