Tilly and Calie are best buds. Both adore attention from people. Tilly likes to be held on her back for maximum belly rubs, while Calie isn't crazy about being picked up, and will go limp as a rag doll when you lift her off the ground. Both girls love to play with squeaky toys and run around a backyard to sniff and explore. Tilly does have some resource guarding tendencies that she needs to work on, but otherwise both she and Calie get along great with other dogs, and they enjoy playing with other small dogs.
Tilly and Calie both love raw veggies as snacks. They prefer being near their person and are big fans of snuggling. They like walks but Calie can be stubborn sometimes. They are looking for a loving home where they promise to be well behaved.
Tilly and Calie are former Helping Paw dogs, and come to us as part of our Perpetual Care program. Their guardian was a longtime supporter of POMDR. She needed some dog walking help in the past few years as her health declined, and she knew that she wanted her girls to come into our care when she passed, as her children weren't able to take them. She absolutely adored her dogs and wanted nothing but the best for them.
