Cy is a squirmy, wiggly lap dog who just can not contain his joy when he gets picked up and held! He's a compulsive kisser and is not embarrassed to tell you how much he loves you. With other pups, he's got a confident swagger, but he's still polite. In his foster home, he's been getting along beautifully with a pack of other chihuahuas as well as a cat! Cy prefers to be around people all the time if he can help it. He gets quite sad when his people leave the house.

Cy has one cloudy eye, likely due to cataracts, but otherwise he's a healthy middle-aged pup full of energy and zest!

Cy came to us from Hitchcock Road Animal Services thanks to one of our volunteers, who advocated for us to bring him into our program!
