Fleur is the wiggliest, happiest girl in the world. She will throw (yes, throw!) herself onto her back so that you can pet her belly, and you can't be anywhere near her without being showered in kisses. Fleur has a funny little underbite and the softest ears ever. She enjoys her bath time, and thinks that drying off is just the most fun!
Fleur came to us with a skin infection due to untreated flea allergies. She was missing quite a bit of fur on her belly and hind end right now, but it has already started grow back as she gets regular baths.
Fleur is working on her dog meeting skills and will need a home that can continue to work with her and teach her how to politely meet and play with other pups. She does fine around confident pups and is quick to invite them to play, but can be sassy at times, especially upon first introductions, so a guardian who is ready to keep teaching Fleur her manners is a must. Luckily, she is highly motivated by treats so training with her should be a fun activity!
Fleur came to us from Hitchcock Road Animal Shelter. She had been found as a stray, but when the shelter found her family, they had lost everything due to the pandemic and weren't able to take her back in.
