Toffee is an absolute sweetheart who has just come through a very rough patch in her life. Despite having a rough start in life, Toffee doesn't show any fearfulness of humans, and actively seeks out pets and attention. She loves to be held and petted and snuggle with all people. She gets along great with other dogs. It is clear that Toffee has a lot of love to give, and now it's time for her to earn some in return.

Toffee was found on the side of the road in a crate. It's clear just from looking at her that she came from a situation of extreme neglect. She comes to us by way of Hitchcock Road Animal Services, who saw her through her stray hold, but recognized that this girl is going to need medical attention, grooming, and a lot of TLC.
