Pepper is a happy, confident young guy. He bounces with joy at meeting new dogs (even much bigger dogs) and will quickly drop into play stance to invite new friends to join him in a game of chase. He rides quietly in a crate in the car, and is calm and polite when his luxurious coat gets brushed. When he gets excited (about attention from people, meeting new dogs, or the potential of a delicious snack) Pepper spins in tight circles, but he never seems to get dizzy! He might have a future as a professional ice skater, though he'd need someone to help lace up his skates.

Pepper joins POMDR after he was found as a stray and brought to Hitchcock Road Animal Services.
