Harley Spaniel is a gentle older gentleman who enjoys the simpler things in life like napping, cuddling, food, and a slow meander around the block. He gets along great with other dogs and is as quiet as a mouse. In addition to being blind and deaf, Harley has many other medical conditions so he isn't stable enough to be adopted. Harley loves getting ear scratches and he gets tons of those in his amazing foster home, where he will be part of the family for as long as he is happy and comfortable.
