Kelcie is the sweetest gal in town! She has had a rough past, but you would never know based on that great smile that's always on her face! This little lady gets along well with other dogs and will politely sniff them before running off and finding what she really prefers -- a person to snuggle with. She loves being picked up and cuddled! She has lived with cats in the past, but does not have known experience with children.
