Grizwald is a lovable 10-year-old German Shepherd who has a big heart and personality. When he's out on walks or when you have guests over, Grizwald is quite the social butterfly! He loves to meet new canine buddies and humans, and he'll make friends with just about anyone. Griz loves playing with soft toys, and he will even go for walks with his favorite ball in his mouth. Griz also loves his treats! He can get a bit excited about treats so he is looking for a child-free home as we would hate for him to take a treat too enthusiastically and startle any small children.

Grizwald does fine with dogs of all sizes, but he does not do well with cats. Griz loves his mid-day naps at home and is a very good boy when left at home alone when crated. He's a heavy sleeper and will let you sleep in without fussing about breakfast time too early in the morning.

Not surprisingly, Grizzly has some arthritis in his hips and legs that we are treating with lasers and medication. This should be manageable with meds going forward.

Grizwald came to us from Hitchcock Animal Services after being found as a stray.
