When jolly little Jimbo gets excited, he gets the most amazing full-body wiggles. His excitement especially peaks for treats and squeaky toys. This friendly guy is also a huge cuddle bug and will cozy up with just about anyone, anytime. He is cordial with other dogs but sometimes seeks to be the center of attention and may compete for affection. Otherwise, this mellow fellow enjoys going on a few short walks throughout the day or laying outside soaking up the sun.
Jimbo is ok with dog-savvy cats, but might engage in a chase if the cat starts running. He has also been shown to be very gentle with children. Jimbo is a confident passenger on car rides and likes cruising around town. He does not mind staying home alone, but he surely prefers being close to his person as much as he possibly can.
Jimbo happily takes daily meds to manage Cushing's Disease.
He came to us from Santa Cruz County Animal Services after his previous guardian had to surrender him when she lost her home due to flooding.
