Adorable Maximus may be a tiny package but he is a giant love! He is most content being carried around and getting affection from any human nearby. He's not picky, if you will hold him, cuddle him, or pet him, you are his new best friend. This sweet guy's favorite past time is a good snuggle session into some blankets or to cuddle up with you. He will use that great nose of his to nuzzle in and make himself right at home.
Maximus has some neurological issues that affect his depth perception. This can cause him to experience some challenges maneuvering in new spaces. He should be carried up stairs and should be supervised when in situations where he has potential to fall (such as on the couch). He is also cautious with transitions such as doorways or changes in flooring and tends to "feel it out" with his paws before proceeding. Luckily, this does not affect him from being the sweetest boy around! Maximus gets along great with the dogs and kitties in his foster home. He is looking for a home free of young children as he is a bit unstable with his neurologic quirks.
Maximus comes to us from Hitchcock Road Animal Services after being found as a stray.
