Franklin is a sweet boy with the most soulful eyes you are bound to meet! Franklin has tail wags for everyone, human or canine. At the shelter, even the dogs who barked at him from their kennels got a happy wag from Franklin as he moved along. Franklin is just a nice guy!

He gets along beautifully with all dogs both big and small, he has even done well around some dog savvy kitties but we don't know how this sweet guy gets along with children yet.

This handsome boy joined us from Hitchcock Road Animal Services after being found as a stray.
